The starting point

## Better decisions start with dependable measurement.

More data is not automatically more useful. Start with the questions you need answered,
agree what can be measured and check that the implementation records it consistently.
Make the limits clear alongside the findings.

Capabilities

## Make the numbers⏎ mean something.

Choose the capabilities your project needs. We agree the scope and responsibilities
before work begins.

### Measurement planning & audits

Review business goals, existing tracking and reporting questions. Define meaningful
events and conversions, with clear priorities for what needs measuring.

### GA4 implementation

Configure the agreed events, key events and reporting foundations. Check collection
across important journeys and document the setup for future maintenance.

### Google Tag Manager

Organise tags, triggers and variables so tracking changes are understandable and
maintainable. Test changes before publishing and retain a clear release history.

### Conversion & event tracking

Measure actions such as enquiries, purchases and key interactions where the implementation
supports them. Test completion states rather than counting every button click as
a lead.

### Consent-aware implementation

Review how analytics and marketing tags interact with consent choices. Coordinate
the technical setup with your consent platform and agreed privacy requirements.

### Reporting & troubleshooting

Build reporting around the decisions you need to make. Investigate missing events,
inconsistent numbers and attribution gaps, and explain the limitations of the data.

From activity to understanding

## Measure with purpose.⏎ Report with context.

A useful report answers a business question. We connect measurement planning with
implementation and validation, so the numbers have a clear purpose and their limitations
are understood.

01

### Start with the decisions

Define the events and conversions that help answer your reporting questions.

02

### Check what is recorded

Test tracking across key journeys and consent choices, with clear implementation
notes.

03

### Make the findings useful

Build reporting around agreed goals and explain gaps, attribution limits and changes
over time.

How the work takes shape

## Clear stages.⏎ Considered decisions.

Agree the direction, review the work and launch with a clear handover.

01

### Audit

Review the website, tracking setup and reporting questions.

02

### Plan

Agree the measurement approach, events and consent requirements.

03

### Implement & validate

Configure the agreed tracking and check the data it records.

04

### Report & review

Explain the reporting and identify what to investigate next.

Your questions, answered

## Analytics & Tracking, your questions answered.

Practical details to help you plan the next step.

**Can you audit our existing GA4 setup?**

Yes. We can review the configuration, events, conversions, consent behaviour and
reporting requirements, then prioritise fixes against the questions your business
needs answered.

**Do you work with Google Tag Manager?**

Yes. Scope can include setup, changes to an existing container, event implementation
and testing. Access and publishing responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

**Can you track form enquiries and sales?**

We review the form or commerce journey and the available completion signals. The
aim is to record successful outcomes reliably, rather than assuming a click means
an enquiry or purchase completed.

**Will analytics show every customer journey?**

No. Consent choices, browser restrictions, cross-device activity and attribution
methods affect what can be observed. Reports should explain these limitations rather
than imply complete coverage.

**Can you fix tracking without rebuilding our site?**

Often, yes. We review the existing website, tags and consent setup first. Where
changes to forms, templates or integrations are required, the development work is
scoped separately.
